Thank you for submitting an Excellence Report.  We will ensure that your comments are passed onto the staff involved and their management team.

Excellence Reports are thematically analysed and reported through the governance chain to safety committee, and then to the exec team – so we hope to make good work like this more visible at a senior level.

The most important impact of excellence reporting is the simple act of appreciating good work and kindness from our colleagues. But where it’s appropriate we will also try to understand why the good work happened, and so help the trust to identify ways of enabling good work all the time.
