Annual reports
The version of the London Ambulance Service Annual Report 2020-21 uploaded here on 16 September 2021 contained an incorrect audit report due to an administrative error at the Trust and was consequently taken down.
This new version which was uploaded on 17 January 2022 and which can be found above is correct.
Please note: unfortunately this also meant we have been delayed in being able to confirm the latest Annual Report is fully accessible to WCAG2.1 levels, although we have carried out initial accessibility checks. We will upload a version we have externally confirmed to be accessible to these regulations within the next four weeks. Please email [email protected] to request an accessible copy be sent to you.

Medicines Management
As part of the Service’s dedication to ensuring information about medicines used is available, all medicines available for use by London Ambulance Service are collated into medication formularies.
The Medication Formularies are split into two groups: “999/Emergency Services” and “Integrated Urgent Care (IUC)”.
Any medicine which has been given approval for use within the London Ambulance Service is listed in its respective formulary to ensure that staff practice safely and effectively with all medicines.
The Service’s Medicines Management Group is responsible for reviewing the requirement to introduce any medicine into the formulary.
All medicines management queries can be emailed to [email protected].
