Ticket sales from the charity’s Winter Prize Draw will help London Ambulance Service better care for our ambulance crews and 999 call handlers this winter by funding initiatives such as our wellbeing café, wellbeing support vehicles, rest areas at ambulance stations and a staff hardship fund.

Tickets to support this great cause cost just £2, and participants could walk away with a trip to the continent, great nights out in the capital, and some fantastic Apple goodies.

Jess Burgess, Head of Charity at London Ambulance Service, said:

“The hard work of our expert teams at London Ambulance Service touches the lives of millions of people each year, and our winter prize draw is a really simple way of giving something back to the crews and call handlers who care for the capital every single day. It is all in support of a truly worthy cause, and you could be in with a chance of winning a wonderful prize.

“Lots of people have already signed up to be in with a chance of winning through our straightforward and secure website, but it’s not too late if you would like to join us!

“This is our biggest prize draw yet, and the list of goodies up for grabs is still growing. I would like to say a huge thank you to every company and organisation that has donated a prize to the cause – we have seen a hugely generous response so far.”

To enter our Winter Prize Draw, with prizes including iPads, Apple AirPods, a pair of Eurostar tickets abroad and a signed Tottenham Hotspur jersey from the men’s first team, simply purchase a £2 ticket by registering on the London Ambulance Charity website here.

Londoners can also support the charity’s pioneering Heart Starters campaign to fund more life-saving defibrillators for communities by taking on a fundraising challenge.

The Charity, set up in 1997, supports staff at London Ambulance Service by funding wellbeing initiatives for frontline crews and call handlers, providing financial hardship support, and helps save more lives by training London communities in life-saving CPR skills.

The prize draw closes on Thursday 12 December and winners will be announced on Friday 13 December.
