We mark one year since the Westminster terrorist attack
This morning we observed a minute of silence to remember all affected by the terror attack in Westminster, one year on.
London Ambulance Service Chief Executive Garrett Emmerson said:
“Our thoughts remain with all those whose lives were changed forever on that tragic day, one year ago.
“Our ambulance crews worked tirelessly alongside emergency service colleagues to provide care to patients, in what were very difficult circumstances and our call takers were calm and reassuring.
“I am very proud of the way everyone at London Ambulance Service responded and it is a day we will never forget.”
